Sponsorship – 2024 Atlantic Recreation & Facilities Conference

The Atlantic Recreation & Facilities Conference and Trade Show (ARFC) will attract over 200 rural and urban delegates from across Atlantic Canada. Many of these delegates will be opinion leaders and decision makers in their respective fields of recreation, sport, parks, trails, and health promotion.

Also included among the delegates will be municipal and provincial government representatives, not-for-profit community groups and organizations, special event planners, volunteers, and students.

This conference will bring together people from different communities, professions and organizations to learn, exchange dialogue, and explore what can be done to advance recreation in Atlantic Canada and empower Atlantic Canadians of all ages and abilities to participate and adopt healthier lifestyles.

Exclusive Conference Title Sponsorship – $10,000

The ARFC Committee is seeking a Title Sponsor for the exclusive branding of the 2024 Conference. Included in the package; Sponsor Logo placement with Conference Logo everywhere it appears (websites, print, video, clothing, etc.), complimentary participant registration (two delegates), complimentary Trade Show booth, placement of promotional products in delegate packages, static display at Conference registration desk, the opportunity for a short presentation to the entire delegation, e-mail promotion to all registered delegates through the host organization, and public acknowledgement daily by the Conference emcee.

Platinum – $5,000 Sponsorship of (one): Premiere Social Event – Market Kitchen Party

Gold – $3,500 Sponsorship of (one): Trade Show, Dinner, Luncheon or Keynote Speaker

Silver – $2,000 Sponsorship of (one): Social Event or Nutrition Break

Bronze – $750 Sponsorship of (one): Wellness Session or Program Session
